SHIPPING:
Elite Auto Brokers does not see shipping as a profit center. If you choose to ship rather than pick up, we will work with you secure a good value for shipping if asked. We have no financial relationship with any transporters.
TERMS OF SALE:
1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. We take e-bay very seriously and we ask that you do the same. Please make sure you have your financials ready before bidding on our cars.
2. Elite Auto Brokers reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Elite Auto Brokers reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Elite Auto Brokers shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
3. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.
4. Bidder must be 18 years or older.
5. Successful high bidder MUST contact Elite Auto Brokers within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
6. Successful high bidder will submit a 5% deposit within two business days of the auction ending.
7. All financial transactions must be completed within 12 days of auction ending.
8. Elite Auto Brokers welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
9. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
10. Elite Auto Brokers can assist with shipping and we have transportation plates available. Please contact us for details. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
11. Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the placement and/or acceptance of a bid and/or the purchase and sale of the vehicle on which the bid is placed shall be governed by our State law and the Bidder and Seller agree to submit same to arbitration in the county in which the vehicle was sold in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER:
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
